JNV Surat Gujarat
I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend Medical College

Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I am blessed to have a very beautiful family consisting of my father, mother, younger brother, grandmother, and me. My father is a farmer who works very hard to earn a living for our family. My mother is a housewife who takes care of all of us and supports us in every possible way. My younger brother studies in the same JNV as I do, and my grandmother provides emotional support to our family. My father’s elder brother has a government job, but he also helps my father in farming work whenever needed. I feel very fortunate to have such a caring and supportive family.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
he Dakshana Scholarship would be a blessing for both me and my family. Since my early school days, I have always believed that I have the potential to become a doctor. However, due to my family’s financial condition, I decided to prepare for NEET so that I could move forward toward my dreams through hard work and dedication. With the guidance of experienced teachers, I can prepare well for NEET and achieve my goals. Dakshana is one of the best platforms because it provides free coaching to deserving students, which reduces the financial burden on parents. If I am not selected, I will still continue to work hard and prepare for NEET through self-study.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to become a successful, respectful, and skilled doctor. I believe that kindness, humility, and polite behaviour are just as important as medical knowledge while treating patients. I want to become a doctor who makes patients feel comfortable and cared for. Achieving this dream would not only make me proud but would also bring happiness and pride to my parents and family members.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become a successful doctor, I would like to contribute to society by treating people with kindness, respect, and dedication. Along with my professional responsibilities, I would also try to help needy people through guidance and support. Doctors are among the most respected people in society, and I want to use my profession to spread care, compassion, and humanity. No matter how busy life becomes, I will always try to treat my patients with patience and sincerity.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Joining Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya was one of the best decisions and turning points in my life. My teachers appreciated my academic performance and encouraged me to aim higher in life. Their support and motivation inspired me to work harder and achieve something meaningful. One of the proudest moments of my life was being honoured on stage for becoming the school topper in my JNV. That moment inspired me deeply and strengthened my determination to continue performing well in my studies.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
Apart from studies, I am interested in playing rapid chess, football, and badminton. My hobbies include playing chess and discussing interesting topics related to our studies and general knowledge with my classmates.
