Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family has eight members—my mother, father, five children, and my grandmother. My father is the only child of my grandmother, but I have step-uncles. They all live in the village. My father is a shopkeeper, and my mother is a housewife. I have four siblings and I am the middle one. My elder brother is pursuing B.Pharma. My elder sister is doing MBA (first year). My younger siblings are in class 11 and class 8. There is a bit of chaos in my family, but I like it.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
The solid reason I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship is that I am eligible for all the criteria, and I have also cleared the interview session. I believe I have a clear vision toward my goal, and Dakshana is the second step toward achieving it. Even if I were not selected, I would still find another way to reach my goal, because there are many paths to success. I am thankful to Dakshana for giving me the title of Dakshana Scholar.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to make my family proud of me. As I belong to a small town, there is no one who has a tag from a prestigious college like IIT Bombay, and there is no such inspiration around me, so I want to be an inspiration myself. I also want to become a businessman like Mohnish Sir and contribute to society the way he does.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to run an NGO like Dakshana to support rural children. I really want to improve the quality of education in India.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
The previous year I was very overconfident for JEE Mains 2025, but my less percentile showed me the mirror. I was not demotivated; instead, I was inspired to do better. That incident shook me, but it gave me the inspiration to do better.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I have many interests like solving maths, reading books, watching movies, singing, and dancing. Because of my family, I am interested in business also. As my sister is a commerce student, I have a little knowledge about the stock market and trading, so I want to try it too.
