During his earlier stint with Dakshana, his contribution was greatly appreciable. At Dakshana, Colonel Haryal heads the administration of the Dakshana Campus at Kadus Village, Pune. Under his leadership and tight control, the campus administration works with the utmost discipline and efficiency.
