JNV Etawah Uttar Pradesh I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend Medical College
Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I am blessed to have a very beautiful family including my father, mother, younger brother, elder sister, grandmother, and of course, myself. My father is a farmer who wants to give us a good life, so he works hard and earns for our living. My mother is a housewife who takes care of all of us, working from morning till night. My brother studies in a local private school, and my grandmother provides emotional support to all of us.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
If I am not selected, I will try to arrange resources on my own and look for more opportunities. Studying at AIIMS is my dream, and I will do whatever it takes to achieve it.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become an honest doctor. I want to overcome the financial problems of my family and repay my parents for the love and care they have given me. Along with achieving success, I also want to gain virtues, remain honest in my profession, and follow my passion sincerely.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful, I would like to provide all the comforts and necessities to my parents that they have lacked in their lives. I never want them to feel inferior, and I want to make them feel proud. I would also take care of the village where I grew up. Unlike many doctors who settle abroad, I want to stay in my country, serve the nation, and contribute to the Dakshana Foundation as much as I can.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
At that time, I wished there were someone in our family who was a doctor or nurse so that things might not have happened that way. From then on, I decided to become a doctor. After learning more about doctors and studying science carefully, I realized that becoming a doctor is not just a promise I made, but also something I truly want to do.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobby is playing cricket and visiting holy places, as they give me peace and happiness. These experiences also motivate me to help society. I am very fond of watching cricket matches.
