Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
There are five members in my family: my father, mother, brother, sister, and me. My father is a farmer and earlier used to run a business. However, after undergoing open-heart surgery, he left his business and focused on farming. My mother works on a contract basis. My brother is studying in Class 7, and my sister is studying in Class 10. My uncles are also farmers and work in the fields to earn their livelihood. My father’s name is Kamalappa, my mother’s name is Vasudha, my younger brother’s name is Manoj, and my younger sister’s name is Netragya. My family always supports and motivates me in every step of life.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because it will help me achieve my goals and fulfill my dream of becoming a doctor. Dakshana Foundation provides excellent guidance and opportunities for hardworking students like me. With the help of Dakshana, I can prepare effectively for NEET and move closer to my ambition. Even if I am not selected, I will continue my studies at my parent JNV and keep working hard toward my goals.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to become a cardiologist and serve the nation. In our country, many people are unable to afford proper treatment for serious illnesses. Along with healthcare services, I also wish to support deserving students by helping them receive a proper education in the future.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I belong to a middle-class family and have personally seen how difficult life can be for children who struggle to continue their education due to financial problems. My main ambition is to support poor families by providing affordable medical treatment and educational opportunities to deserving students. I want to contribute positively to society and help bring meaningful change in people’s lives.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
One of the biggest motivations in my life was my father’s heart surgery. Watching him suffer and recover after such a major operation inspired me to work harder and become a doctor. Another inspiring moment was during our school alumni day, when a senior who had cracked UPSC shared his journey and advised us to give our best efforts to achieve success. His words deeply motivated me to work hard and pursue my dreams with determination.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My interest is wrestling, and I am also a national-level wrestling player. I am interested in human physiology and enjoy learning scientific concepts related to the human body. I am always eager to gain more knowledge about science and medicine.
