Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family name is Jiyalal Gautam. He is a farmer. Working hard for our family. My mother name is Rameshwari. She is a housewife. My younger brother name is Ajay Kumar, He is now completing this graduate. My younger sister name is Aneeta Gautam. She is married working as a Panchayat Sahayak and last my little sister name is Nisha Gautam. She is studying in class 7th.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I think I come under the mentioned condition impoverished student. And I can also do better for my society after becoming a doctor via Dakshana Institute.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life to become a successful doctor and I want to direction to those students and village girls who don't think about taking decision for further studies of money.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become a successful doctor then first and do better medical facilities for my village and do better medical care of patients and contribute my medical knowledge and skills for the better of society and give need medical care to needy people.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is one moment in my life that inspired me for doing good in study. When I am in9th class my science teacher ask me one question and I don't know about that. He tell me about my sister qualities then I also wanted to become very good in studies beside this my village contribute situation and their thought motivated me to do better in life.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
There are some things that and prepared while in empty space of my life like, drawing, dancing, fiction book study, playing, songs etc.
