Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father is a farmer. He does farming most of the year and loves gardening. My mother is a cook. She prepares breakfast and lunch daily at a nearby government school through a self-help group she is a part of. My elder brother recently completed his graduation in B.Sc. He is an ex-Navodayan, and his talks about his time at Navodaya seem very interesting to me.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
We are awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because we cleared the written test conducted by Dakshana, followed by the interview. This scholarship is very useful for us. If I am not selected, I will prepare online for JEE.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to learn lots of different new things. I am always interested in learning new things.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After knowing about Dakshana, I am very inspired by Mohnish Sir, especially the Dakshana program. I would like to contribute to my society later by donating to NGOs as much as I can and by providing educational facilities in rural areas.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
This incident is related to my brother. When I cleared my 10th board examination, my result came, and I had passed with good marks. I was in the Madhya Pradesh merit list, ranked 9th. Then some days later, I came to know about the Super 100 exam. I took it very lightly and had a little egoistic approach toward it. My brother scolded me and told me to study well for it. After I got selected, I felt very thankful for my brother’s step.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am very much interested in learning new things, especially in the sports field. I love to play sports.
