Pitta Amrutha Varshini
AP Balayogi Gurukulam For Girls Kuntamukkala I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend Medical College
Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I am Amrutha Varshini Pitta, daughter of Nanaji Pitta. He completed his education up to intermediate and now works as an agricultural labourer. My mother, Pitta Simhachalam, completed her education up to the 10th class and is now the homemaker of our home. I have one elder sister, Pitta Surekha. She is studying Ag B.Sc. We four live together in a small home. My parents want to see me and my sister in a better and more honourable position than them, and they work hard for that.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I completed my intermediate studies in a NEET academy, but my preparation was not enough to reach my goal. My parents cannot afford long-term coaching, so I need the Dakshana Scholarship. If I were not selected, I would have to choose another course due to lack of options.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to save the lives of people who are dying due to lack of proper medical facilities. So I decided to become a doctor to fulfill this goal.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become a successful doctor, I will serve all patients with patience while taking only a small fee. I will conduct free medical camps in poor, undeveloped villages where medical facilities are lacking. I will definitely pay back to Dakshana.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My father is my biggest motivation. He runs the home with my mother and two daughters without support from anyone. He earns through hard work and gives us everything we need. He never gives up in any situation. Seeing his happiness in our success motivates me. He is my father, and he is my inspiration.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I don’t have many interests, but I love reading novels. I am also interested in playing chess and have a very strong interest in eating and sleeping.
