Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Shrawan Chouhan. He is a farmer and a very hardworking man. My mother's name is Umahan Chouhan; she is a housewife and loves me a lot. I have one elder brother, his name is Manshu Chouhan. He liked playing cricket but left it for his studies. I always hope for his success. I also have one younger sister named Anshika Chouhan, and she is in 3rd standard.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
If I am not selected as a Dakshana scholar, I can afford books and online videos. I will put all my efforts into preparation. I don't know where I stand right now, but I will never give up and I will become a doctor one day.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is not limited to becoming a doctor but also to improving the quality of medical services in my area.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to serve my society as a surgeon and become a part of the medical service that works to save people.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Once my father told me that my great-grandfather was a Vaidh who used to save people, but now no one in our family has that ability to cure others. Since then, a strong desire was born in me to become someone who can cure people. This “will of fire” always keeps me going.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I enjoy interacting with new people. Apart from it, I also like to play outdoor games like cricket and other team-work games.
