Krishti Vyas
JNV Gandhinagar Gujarat I'd like to become a Dakshana scholar and hopefully attend IIT
Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father is working in Somany Company and my mother is a housewife. My brother is currently studying in class 8. In our family, there are mainly six people—my grandfather, grandmother, and the others mentioned above. My brother likes playing badminton with me. My uncles work in private jobs for their livelihood.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
My father is working in a private job, and we cannot afford to spend lakhs on coaching for competitive exams. I have also qualified for JEE Advanced 2025. These factors show that I should receive the Dakshana Scholarship. If I am not selected, I will start preparing for JEE 2026 from my mobile phone, as it is more affordable.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a researcher, but first I want to do engineering — B.Tech in MNC — from IIT Bombay. These are my immediate goals. Further, I want to uplift my family's condition and support my father.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I will try my best to support students who are like me and help them academically so they can achieve their goals. My long-term dream is to help orphan children who lack emotional, mental, and family support.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Recently my Class 12 board result came out, and they were not good. My JEE Main and JEE Advanced results were also bad. But still my father never gave up on me. He supports and motivates me even after all his hard work, and my mother’s untiring effort. Whenever I see them, I get motivated to do better and give them a better life.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I love spending time with myself and talking to myself. Spending time with myself is an inseparable part of my being.
