Hello, my name is Khushi, the younger daughter of Mr. Neeraj Kumar. My mother's name is Laxmi Devi. I have two elder brothers—Harsh Kumar and Deepanshu Kumar—who are both preparing for competitive exams. My mother is a housewife, and my father works in a private job.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because I believe I am an eligible candidate to become a Dakshana Scholar. I will not let down the hopes of Dakshana or my parents. If I am not selected, I will join a library and buy an online subscription. Not being selected will not distract me from my goal.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a successful engineer who can fulfill my parents’ dreams.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to be capable enough to help society, not only financially but also socially. I cannot help the entire world, but I will try to help the people who come into my life at any stage. My success will not only count for me but also for those connected to me.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There was one incident in my life that motivated me to do better. My Akshra Didi, who is now studying at IIT Roorkee, also came to Dakshana for JEE preparation and got selected. She feels better now, and she always motivates me to study.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like to play basketball. I want to play basketball in IIT college in my future.
