Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name is v.govinda naik .My mother name v.anna purna bai . I have two sisters vythulya bai& vani bai. both sisters are younger than me .they are studying 8*th class & 3*rd class. my father and mother both are labours who work others fields.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
because i have good ambition in my life but there is no support to study to me. there is no way to my ambition

to become a good doctor and treat to the society

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
i will contribute to the society by giving low cost medical facilities to the poor people than government hospitals. conducting free medical camps in rural areas.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
The most inspired incident is when i was 12 years old my grandfather was ill due the kidney failure. there is no money with parents for treatment for my grandfather and there is no free medical supply .this incident motivated me.

my Interests & hobbies are cooking, travelling long distances through bike, working in fields with my parents and playing with friends
