Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father (Deep Mittal) is a shopkeeper. My mother (Nirmala Mittal) is a teacher in a private school. My brother is currently pursuing engineering in a state government college. We all love to watch movies during holidays.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I am dedicated to achieving admission in a good engineering college, and Dakshana provides free coaching facilities. Dakshana will help me fulfill my dream and reduce financial pressure on my family. If I am not selected by Dakshana, I will take coaching from online sources for JEE preparation.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to lead a happy life and help my parents financially through my earnings. I will try my hundred percent in doing so.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
If I become successful, I will feel the responsibility of giving back to society. Institutions like JNV and Dakshana are my foundational schools and my future identity. I think I can contribute to society by creating a free tutoring program to help 10-year-old kids prepare for the JNV admission test. JNV will be their first step toward a bright future.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I have watched movies like “Whiplash,” which motivated me to work harder to achieve my goals.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like watching sci-fi and thriller movies and watching cricket. My hobbies are solving puzzles, playing video games and watching movies.
