Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father is a farmer. He is very hardworking and enjoys reading books about Swami Vivekananda. My mother’s name is Mrs. Munda Devi. She is a housewife and likes listening to religious songs. My brother’s name is Arindam Maurya. He studies in Class 6 and likes playing cricket.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because I have the potential to prove myself through my hard work. I believe that if I receive this scholarship, I will get proper facilities to fulfill my dreams and serve my country. If I am not selected for the Dakshana Scholarship, I will continue my preparation for NEET through my parent JNV.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a successful doctor and fulfill my parents’ dreams for me. I also want to provide free treatment and medicines to poor patients after becoming a doctor. Along with this, I want to support my brothers’ and sisters’ education from my own salary.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful, I would like to provide free medicines and treatment to poor people living in slums. Secondly, I want to motivate people in my society to educate their daughters because many families still do not allow girls to attend school. I also want to donate a part of my income to orphanages.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Every day, when I see my father working hard and my mother doing everything for me so that I can become successful, it inspires and motivates me to work hard and achieve my goals. I want to make my parents’ lives comfortable and make them proud of me.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like listening to motivational and devotional songs. I am also interested in reading books about psychology and human behavior.
