Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
In my family, there are 9 members. Firstly, my father, Nehru Lal Tandan, whose occupation is farming. He wants to see me in a good job and wants a good future for our whole family. My mother, Sona Tandan, is a housewife who always takes care of me. My uncle, Siddha Prasad Tandan, works in a private company with just enough income to run his family. My mama, Bhikham Bhardwaj, works as a teacher in a private school.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because I am determined about my future. But my family does not earn enough to get good coaching for NEET preparation. I wish to be selected and complete my coaching at DV. If I am not selected, then I will choose online platforms for my preparation on my phone and try my best.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
First, I want to be a good man for my society and a productive person. My ambition to become a doctor is a matter of pride for me and my family. I wish to treat people who are deprived of advanced facilities, and seeing them and their families happy will bring joy.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to become a doctor, and when I become a successful man, society will understand the inspiration behind my sacrifice. I belong to a poor family, so I know exactly what difficulties people like me face. I will treat all people equally without judging their background. I will do my best and support them with whatever help they need. I want my patients to leave the hospital with a smile.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I want to become a doctor for my family’s financial condition and also for society. I know what a poor family faces. I want to provide help to them. This inspires me a lot. Another reason was that when I was in class 6th, my beloved friend’s mother died because she did not get treatment due to financial problems. Seeing my friend sad, that day I decided my goal.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I have developed a creative mind. I create fictional stories and apply them in reality. I am also writing a novel. I am interested in traveling the whole world with my loved ones. My hobbies are playing cricket, writing books, planting trees, gardening in my backyard, and motivating my friends.
