Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I have a small and loving family of five members. Starting from my father his name is SURYADEO DAS and he is a farmer, who is very hardworking and take care of us and household, by taking all the problems and difficulties to him and make sure that we never feel less. My father just want to keep us happy and see us succeed in our life. My mother is a housewife and she is very co-operative and helps papa in farming. Her name is RENU SURAJ and my mother's dream was also to see their children doing best in their life and she always motivate us to do better. Now its turn for my little sister, name ANUSHKA SURAJ, she is studying in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in class 7th this year, and my smallest brother AYUSH RAJ SURAJ, he was too young and studying in class 4th this year.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
As, Dakshana selects those students, who aspire to attend a premier medical college, but cannot afford to be coached professionally by a world-class coaching institute. So, its my dream to be in the best medical college but cannot afford the coaching level that Dakshana provides. As Dakshana is the best platform for making our life best, and I should be awarded to be a Dakshana scholar because I have to take a medical seat in AIIMS DELHI this year by the help of Dakshana faculties, and by studying properly. If, I was not selected as DAKSHANA Scholar then, I will be doing the prepration for NEET by self, with the help of online platform by joining library to study undisturbed, as their is no place in home where I can study seprately without any disturbance, And will give my best of the efforts for NEET.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
Since childhood their is the one and only ambition in my life is to become a great doctor a day and help people who are fighting for their life. Doctor is the profession which serves their knowledge to make a whole family of paitent to be happy and saves millions of life and the blessings from them was the real joy for doctors. As doctors are treated as god, their is a huge responsbilities on them to not break the trust of peoples. When they save a life it feels like a new life is added on their life, which is the best feeling ever, to make a whole mass is connected to their life.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After becoming successful, when I achieve the ambition of my life. I want to do too many changes in my society as their is lack of education and employment and not only in my area but their is too many places like this, and due to lack of knowledge and financial problem, they are still in the same condition. I will make a group of peoples who go to those areas and then listen to their problems and solve them. I will open a hospital which treat people at very low cost as their is a myth spread in the society, not actually myth, the truth is the hospitals take too much money that too many peoples can't afford the medical facilities. Me and my team will do the thing to make their life better by providing the need that we can do and finding solution for their problems.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is my parents and my family which always inspire me to do better. There's an incident of a day, when I was sleeping i.e. laying on bed to sleep at night, I heard my parents where talking about the school fees of my brother and management of households, at that day I get to know that their is this much lack of money and they always fulfil our needs, and then I heard my mother said "now only few years more, after that Anamika will change everything", the trust that my parents have on me and the responsbilities of my family always reminds me to do more better and better and the the only thing in my life is to achieve my ambition and complete the dream of my family. This is the motivation and the inspiration to became a great and successful doctor a day.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like to be alone and be with myself, I like to be in a imaginary world. I love to write, like whenever I feel down I writes my dairy that heels everything, and talk to myself, I like to read the stories and novels and I write some of poems and stories. And I also like spending my time with my family and friends.
