JNV Srikakulam Andhra Pradesh I'd like to become a Dakshana scholar and hopefully attend IIT
Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father’s name is Sriram. He was a farmer. My mother’s name is Bhavani. She is a housewife and is also preparing for group exams from home. I have a younger brother who is studying in Bhosala Sainik School in Nagpur. My immediate uncle’s name is Krishna. He lives in our village and runs an Aadhaar centre at his home.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I have the desire to get into IIT. I only studied for the CBSE Board in Class 12, so to get into an IIT, I need a long-term program, but my parents do not have enough money to join me in a coaching center. If I ask them, they will arrange the money by borrowing from others, but I do not want them to suffer because they already have a debt of 50 lakhs and are borrowing money for my brother’s school fees. So I want to get into the Dakshana Scholarship Program. If I am not selected, I will write other entrance exams and choose a field I qualify for.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to get into an IIT. After that, to get a good job. After my family’s economic condition settles, I will prepare for groups exams. My main ambition is to become an IAS officer.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After becoming successful in life, I will help poor people who are in need by setting up NGOs and donating.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My motivation is my family’s economic condition.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are playing games, reading books, singing and dancing. My interests are gaining knowledge.
