Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family consists of my father, Sanjay Kumar; my mother, Seema Devi; and my sister, Jyoti. My father is self-employed and likes watching cricket and reading the newspaper. My mother is a housewife who loves watching movies and dramas, and she enjoys stitching and tailoring. My sister is doing B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from UIT Kurukshetra. She loves reading books and watching cricket and movies.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Dakshana Scholarship is a very good opportunity for me. I want to become a software engineer, but we do not have enough financial support for private coaching. It also motivated my cousin towards studies. I am hardworking and sincere towards my goals. If I am not selected, I would take admission in a college based on my JEE Main 2025 score.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a software engineer. I want to complete my engineering from IIT Roorkee. After completing it, if I get a chance to join the Indian Army as an engineer, I will go for it. I want to fulfill all the dreams of my parents and make them proud because they are the only ones who always support me.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful, I will help children like me who are not in good economic condition by giving scholarships. I will also help my society by teaching students about civic sense because they are the future, and these things will play an important role in India’s development.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Last year, there was a documentary competition and I participated in it. First, I got 3rd position at block level, and then I got 1st position at district level. This motivated me that I can perform well in other fields apart from academics. It motivates me to improve my skills in different fields.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are dancing, singing and reading books. I also love to watch movies and dramas. I have interest in fashion designing and crafting.
