Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father’s name was Late Bhimrao Naitam. He passed away in 2010 due to a long-term illness. My mother’s name is Anita Naitam. She is a housewife and takes care of me and my siblings. She teaches us simplicity and encourages us to read books, garden, and stay united as a family. I have one elder sibling, my elder sister, who is a 3rd-year B.Sc. student. She is very hardworking and ambitious. She likes studying and exploring new places.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because I am very ambitious and in need of proper guidance and the right path to achieve my goals. Dakshana is a platform that can help me move forward with proper guidance and support. It is also a platform that helps poor but talented students achieve their dreams, especially those who want to become doctors. I also want to become a part of the Dakshana family. If I am not selected as a Dakshana Scholar, I will continue my studies in the same stream and keep working hard toward my goals, although it may become more difficult to achieve my dream of becoming a doctor.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I believe a person’s ambition should not only be about personal benefits or earning money, but also about serving society. Therefore, I want to serve humanity by becoming a doctor and contributing to the betterment of others’ lives.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
By becoming successful, I would like to contribute to society by serving people selflessly and encouraging others to become educated and build a society based on moral values. As a doctor, I believe I would be able to serve people in places where help is needed the most. Through my profession and passion, I want to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
The incident in my life that motivated me the most was the death of my father. He was the only earning member of our family and passed away a few years ago. After his death, my mother became the only person responsible for taking care of me and my sister. At that time, she faced many struggles and difficulties to support our family. Watching my mother work hard and sacrifice so much for us inspired me deeply. She is the ultimate source of motivation in my life, and because of her, I want to work hard and do better in life.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
Apart from studies, I have a strong interest in dancing and travelling, as these activities make me feel refreshed and happy. I also enjoy gardening and painting as my hobbies.
