Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family includes three members—me (a current Dakshana Scholar, NEET 1-year program), my father, Dalpatbhai Vankar, who is 45 years old and a farmer, and my mother, Kundnben Vankar, who is also 45 years old and manages the household as a housewife.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
From my opinion, I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship as my parents cannot afford higher studies for competitive exams. I am one of the scholars who truly need the Dakshana Scholarship to study and achieve what I want. If I am not selected, I will do self-study using online platforms because there is no other option.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
Ambition plays a key role in one’s life. My ambition is to be a full-fledged doctor. Being a doctor comes with many responsibilities, and I want to fulfill them with utmost care. By being a doctor, my parents, relatives, and friends will feel proud.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
Contribution to society is real when it reaches the hands of the needy. I want to contribute in a way that all needy people around me get benefitted or at least get their basic needs fulfilled. Becoming successful is not the ultimate goal; becoming successful and doing good for others is what makes a difference.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Inspiration / Motivation pushes you towards your destination. The incident was like this: In our JNV there was an alumni meet. A lot of seniors doing MBBS and engineering came. One bhaiya described how the system works. It motivated me to become a doctor, and this motivation keeps going until I become a doctor.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
When the topic is about hobbies, I like to read books of foreign authors, read novels, discover science, watch e-sports, do art and calligraphy, etc. These things make me happy in my free time.
