Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father’s name is Mr. Chhatrapal Singh, and he is a farmer. He loves his pets more than us. He likes to grow vegetables at the back of our house and waters them every morning. My mother’s name is Mrs. Binda Kanwar, and she is a housewife. She is always eager to do all the household work and is very talented. My chachi, Mrs. Sharashwati, is a very nice and kind-hearted woman. She loves me like her own child and takes care of us.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I have the potential to accomplish my dream, and Dakshana will help make it come true. If I am not selected, I may feel demotivated, but later I will prepare for NEET using other sources.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My elder sister always tells me to become an independent girl and to do my work by myself. So my first ambition is to become independent and a good doctor. In our village, some people die due to lack of facilities, so I want to provide them some medical help after achieving my goal.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
Once I become a successful person and earn a good amount of money, I will donate to the schools in my village. Many children in my village leave their studies due to lack of money and become labourers to support their families. I want them to also become successful in life by receiving a good-quality education.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There are many incidents that have inspired me to do better in my studies. But recently, when I feel sad or lacking somewhere and not doing well in my studies, I see my parents' photo. It makes me feel better and encourages me to do better than before.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like listening to songs. As a Biology student, I’m always interested in reading biology books. At home, I like going to our fields with my Amma and Chachi. The most interesting thing is talking with my Papa every evening in the aangan about his childhood memories and village life.
