Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Ved Prakash, and he is good at dancing. My mother’s name is Sumitra, and she is very good at singing. She is a homemaker. We are three siblings—two brothers and me. One is Abhishek Chak, who is studying in a government medical college, and the other is Ayush Chak, who is preparing for an entrance exam. My father is a labourer and very hardworking. I also have two loving grandparents.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Dakshana is a path through which my family and I can reach a better future. It is not only my desire but a need for me because my family is not financially strong. This is why the Dakshana Scholarship should be awarded to me. If I am not selected, I will take an online subscription for study and also teach children up to 8th class because I will have no other option after 12th due to financial issues. Thank you.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a helpful person for those who cannot afford resources for education, and also to become a good doctor. I want to open a hospital for poor people, and I am working on this path because becoming a professional doctor is the only way to achieve it. Thank you.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would like to contribute to society, mainly in areas where there is a lack of awareness about education.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Only and only my father's hard work, along with my own hard work, motivates and inspires me.

I like to draw sketches and dance.
