Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Mr. Virendra Kumar Churendra. He is a hardworking farmer. My mother's name is Smt. Madhumati Churendra; she is fond of tailoring. My father is also interested in painting. I have two elder sisters and one younger sister. My elder sister is interested in cooking, the second one loves dancing, and my younger sister is passionate about learning languages.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I am a very dedicated student toward my dream of entering IIT. The faculty in my school was not very good. Although I cleared Mains, I couldn’t crack Advanced. If given a chance, I will prove myself, so I feel I deserve the Dakshana Scholarship. If not selected, I may start self-preparation at home using online classes.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I am interested in knowing facts about space, so my ambition in life is to become an aerospace engineer and work in programs of ISRO and NASA.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I have grown up in my village where I saw children who were unaware of opportunities and the magic they can create with education. When I grew up, I wished to establish an organization like Dakshana so that rural children become aware of opportunities and excel in education. I want to light up their minds with the beam of education. If possible, I will also support them to study abroad so that the sparks of our country can shine across the world.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My parents are farmers. They work very hard and struggle so much to help me and my sisters do something better in life. When I see them working, I always get motivated to do my best and fulfil their dreams.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am interested in making toys with clay, gardening and taking care of birds. My hobbies are drawing, playing games, reading novels and singing.
