Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
There are four members in my family. My father’s name is Late Shri John Tirkey. My mother’s name is Smt. Emla Tirkey. I have an elder brother who is currently in college and a younger sister named Sweety. My mother works as a DEO in the health department.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I belong to a middle-class family. I wanted to come to Dakshana for my IIT preparation because during this one-year program, I would be surrounded by many children like me. Dakshana is a scholarship that helps students like me build a better future.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to study and reach a place where I can make my mother proud and fulfill all her dreams.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become a successful person after completing my education, I will help other children like me to build a bright future so that they can make their parents proud.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My father died when I was a child. After that, my mother raised me single-handedly. I saw her work very hard since my childhood, facing many difficulties so that I could study and become a successful and good person. All these things inspire me to fulfil her dream.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am deeply interested in games and studies. I also like exploring new things and travelling.
