Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father is a farmer on his own land, and my mother is a housewife. I have no brother or sister. My father’s desire that I become an IITian started when I was in class 5 or 6. I disliked this idea earlier, but as I grew up, I realized my interest in maths, physics, and chemistry. So, I decided to fulfill my father’s dream. My maternal uncle is a truck driver.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana scholarship because I am not economically stable enough to afford high coaching fees for two years of JEE preparation. If I am not selected, I will continue my studies in my school until class 12 and then decide what to do next.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I have a strong ambition to take the mechanical branch in IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, IIT Delhi, or IIT Madras so that I can pursue my passion for innovation. I want to become successful and fulfill all the dreams of my parents and grandparents.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I have seen that many schools focus only on cramming and marks, not on teaching real-life concepts. When I become successful, I will open a school where teachers focus on practical learning so that students can develop critical thinking and contribute to the development of the country and the world.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
When I was in class 5, a senior told me that I could not crack JNVST. It hit me hard, and I worked hard and got selected. Since then, I have been motivated to do better. In my family, no one studies seriously, so I decided to become an IITian to set an example.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I don’t have particular hobbies, but I like sleeping, sometimes playing badminton, cricket, and chess. My main interest is thinking, innovating, and solving real-life problems for the development of the country.
