My father name is Ayyappa Nayak.He is a farmer. My mother name is Nagaratnamma. She is house wife. My sisters are Chaitra and Ashwini. My brother name is Praveen Kumar. He is studying in JNV.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I am poor. I am preparing for neet exam. So, Dakshana scholarship will help me to enter into medical college.If I am not selected to be a dakshana scholar, then I used to do B tech.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
To become doctor and serve my country.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become succesful in my life, then I will help those students who unable to afford higher education.

I found my family doing work in field under sunlight. Then I decided to do better.
