Q1. Introduce your family to us?
My self Tejaswini, my family has seven members, my parents, two siblings, my paternal aunty, my grandfather and myself. my father owners a grocery shop my mother a home keeper, I have a younger sister and a younger brother, they are studying in secondary school. I aim to become an engineer and I want to give myself best education possible, so I dream to study in a top IIT.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I want to be awarded as Dakshana scholar because it would really help me for me to reach my goal, and it is a best place to improve my skills and become a successful person in my life As I come from a middle-class family with two younger siblings, I cannot afford to get good JEE coaching in a private institute. And I feel I am good at maths and science with an attitude to work hard.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to pursue my career in automotive technology or robotics and work in making good Indian affordable machinery.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would work to make a difference in our country, even how small it would be. I want to help many students like me to achieve their goals. And professionally I want to contribute to make reliable Indian products.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better.
Every day I see my parents working hard and extra hours to provide us with best. I grew up seeing my parents only buying minimal needed materials for themselves, As I am a hosteller from class 6, whenever I go home, I feel motivated by seeing them which makes me to do better.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am interested in solving cryptic crosswords, playing chess and I like painting, sketching, reading novels.
