JNV Bengaluru Rural I'd like to become a Dakshana scholar and hopefully attend IIT
I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend IIT because I want to study Engineering. I can study Engg. in any other Engg. College. But I choose IIT only because it is a famous and best collage in India and also in world. IIT is like a small but beautiful village with best environment, play grounds, ponds (in some IITs). Since IIT?s are residential colleges, all students will be together and they can enjoy together and discuss things together. Since I am also studying in a residential school (Jawahar Novodaya Vidyalaya) I know the enjoyment of students in residential schools/colleges.
IIT is called as the India?s Intellectual Treasure. It is a gift given to India by Jawahar Lal Nehru. I want to become a part of that intellectual Treasure and through that I want to serve my country, my people, my parents, I will be so proud if I ed to IIT and for that only I am working smartly. I read many sayings about IIT by great persons and by that also I was impressed to have ambition to become as IITian. I am very happy to quote some of that saysings:

To become an IITian we have to attend JEE Exam it is very tough so we have to take training which is highly expensive. For that poor people cannot afford to take training. But Dakshana Foundation is giving free training to talented but poor children which is a proud to the society. And I am very proud to become a Dakshana Scholar which is the door to IIT.
