Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father, Mr. Brijesh Patel, is a worker in a private company named Commercial Syn Bags. My family depends on my father's income. My mother, Pushpa Patel, is a housewife. She does household work and stitches clothes in her free time. My sister, Shivani Patel, is now studying in Class 11. We live in a rented house far from our village as my father works in Pithampur. My uncle and grandparents do farming in the village.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because I belong to a poor family. My family cannot afford coaching or studies for NEET preparation and further education. If I am not selected to be a Dakshana Scholar, then I will do self-study from YouTube since it is free and will focus on NEET 2026, or I may give CUET and pursue a bachelor’s degree in arts or science.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a doctor. I want to remove poverty from my family’s life and make my parents proud. I want to fulfill their expectations. I also want to open a hospital that provides medical facilities for poor and needy people, especially those who die without proper treatment or medicine.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to help poor people, provide them basic facilities, education, and raise them up. I want to assist people who are needy and financially weak, who cannot afford basic treatment and medical facilities and die without proper care. I want to adopt an orphanage to provide education, support, and facilities to orphans and physically handicapped persons.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My family’s condition and my parents’ expectations from me are enough to motivate me. But once, when I went to my father’s company, I saw in the parking lot that all employees had parked bikes or cars in rows, but in the middle there was an old bicycle. Whenever I see our rented house etc., I realise that I have to work hard and do better. There are many moments in my life which inspire me to do better.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are reading newspapers, reading books, writing Hindi poems, quotes or shayari, and playing basketball.
