Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My name is Shivam Jirwan. My family is a joint family where many of us live together. My grandmother is the eldest and a very good woman. My father is simple, calm, and religious; he runs a small shop. My mother is a housewife. My younger brother is studying in class 9. My uncle also runs a small shop, and my other uncle runs another shop. Since it is a joint family, it is difficult to describe all members in a few lines.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I want to make my family proud when I reach my target. The journey is full of obstacles, but I believe Dakshana will support me throughout, from JEE Mains to Advanced and finally to a good IIT and branch. If I am not selected, I will have no option like Dakshana, so I will face the obstacles alone through self-study.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I have many ambitions in life, but my top priority is to learn multiple coding languages through good courses from IITs and NITs. Then I want to become a full-stack web developer. Whenever I see others coding so easily on YouTube Shorts, it motivates me to pursue this.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to make people understand that getting into IIT or NIT is not everything in this journey. Our society also plays an important role. After I get a job and the chance to do something good for society, I will always contribute.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is no such incident in my life that inspired me, but my mind tells me to do this. My thoughts of being a developer from IIT motivate me.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
In studies, I have great interest in learning physics. In other works, I want to watch movies, and daily see newly launched tech products and collect information from them.
