Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Mr. Mintlal and my mother's name is Mrs. Anju . I have two sisters and a brother , name Mukul . My sisters names are Preeti and Janvi , both are student, and studying in class 11th and 6th . Mukul is studying in class 3rd . My father is a private worker and my mother is a housewife.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I need Dakshana scholarship because I want to get selection in AIIMS Delhi and I can't afford for any private coaching center for my neet preparation .

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a Doctor and want to fulfil my dreams and want to give a happy life to my family.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I will initiate a hospital in my village because their is no medical facility in my village . people have to goo kilometers away for any medical purpose . I want to help needy person at very low rate .

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My family is my everything. Happiness comes from family and money. I have family but not money enough to satisfy my dreams. My father is doing very hard work for me and want to keep me happy . Now is my turn to give happiness to him by my achievement . That's why I want to become a doctor . My mother want to see me in white coat . I don't think that a story can inspire for a long time . It is our desire that inspire us to do work/hard work.

my hobbies are reading books , drawing and learn new things .
