Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
There are 4 members in my family. My father name is Mr. Balwinder Kumar. He is a labour. My mother name is late Rajesh Kumari. I have 1 elder sister and 1 younger brother. Both of them are also studying. My father just like to see three of us happy and to be a good person in our life and we all three just want to make him happy. I have 3 chachas , all of them are self employed. I have 2 mamas, one of them is a driver in foreign country and one is in labour.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I came to know about Dakshana foundation when I was in 9th standard. I have also appeared for NDST then but unluckily I was not selected then. If I will be awarded with this scholarship then there are very high chances that I will become MBBS doctor as my family is not capable of to provide me a coaching for NEET because it is very costly. If I am not selected then my main focus would be on CUET for graduation in central university.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to be a Doctor in my life.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I will become successful in my life then I will contribute to the society as much as I can. I will try my best to help the people who are really needy. If I will become Doctor then at my level I will try to aware people about common diseases, adverse effects of drugs on the body , precautions that has to be taken and all related to that. If I will become financially stable then I will also try to help children who cannot afford education, people who cannot afford medical facilities; by joining with organizations, NGO(s).

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is not any such incident that has inspired me but it is is my father who always motivated me to do better. he had supported me every time and never said no to me for anything I want to do. He just wanted that I can become a good person and successful in my life so that I can help others in better way. He motivated me to be a Doctor. As doctors are considered next to God and it is a noble profession. If I will able to make it, then it would be very proud moment for him as well as for me.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like sketching and reading story books. I am also quiet interested in learning new languages. I want to learn Japanese, Urdu and British English.
