Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family has my father, mother, two elder sister and one younger brother. My father name is Ashok Kumar he is an advocate. My mother name is Rani Kumari, she is a house wife. My first elder sister is complete B-TECH and doing. PGDC course in power plant. My second elder sister is 12th pass and preparing for NEET. My younger brother name is Abhinav Raj he is studying in class 5th 2nd preparing for jnv.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded dakshana scholarship because I belong to middle family and my parent can not afford to sent me any private coaching institute so that I can fulfil my dream of become doctor. If I am not selected I try to without coaching I crack NEET.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a successful doctor so that I can help our society people as well as poor person. If becoming a doctor my family proud to me.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I will become a successful doctor. I must be help the poor and donate in any foundation and charity. I am provide cheap and affordable facilities in our society. I will be try to aware people about education and health. I economically help the poor person as well as possible. I also serve my nation when I become successful.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
In my society there are so many peoples poor, uneducated and unhealthy. I saw many people do know how can I healthy and how protect our self in dangerous disease and many of peoples illness in many disease it have no money afford the private hospital then I think that I become a doctor and help the people and aware the education and health.

I have interest in knowledge of something new, and reading books, My hobbies are to play chees and reading book.
