My father's name is Mr. BATAKRISHNA SAHOO and he is a teacher. My mother's name is Mrs. MINATI SAHOO and she is housewife. My elder sister's name is Miss. SUBHASHREE SAHOO and she is helping mother in home. My uncle's name is Mr. ASHOK KUMAR SAHOO and he is clerk in a college.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
My only desire is to crack NEET, so , Dakshana will be helpful to improve my preparation . But if I am not selected I will try my level best to fulfill my desire on my own.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to make my parents and my whole family proud by becoming an excellent and respectful doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would like to contribute to the society by serving the society as an excellent government doctor.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
my parents are everything to me and I exist only to make them happy and I will try for this by my utmost potential. the wanted to see me as a doctor and have a respectful future. So, I have to be best.

I have great interest towards zoology subject and my hobbies are listening song, painting, playing badminton.
