Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family is a nuclear family. We have five members. My father’s name is Roopsingh and he does farming on others’ land by paying rent. My mother’s name is Seema Devi. She is a housewife and takes care of all family members, especially my grandmother who is very old. My sister Sanjana is studying in class 11 with a Biology stream, and my brother Mohit is studying in class 8 in a government school.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I have the potential required for the Dakshana Scholarship. I am a skillful and talented person. If I am not selected as a Dakshana Scholar, I will miss the opportunity to become an IITian, to study in a good environment, and to experience a disciplined lifestyle.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I simply want to become a successful person because I have seen very poor conditions in my family. I want to become rich and fulfill my family’s needs. My mother wants to see me successful, and she doesn’t want to see me working on farming land.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I can contribute to society in many ways. I can become a motivation for a boy preparing for JEE to succeed. I will donate some money to my village’s PWD fund and help weaker people.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I belong to JNV Bharatpur and live in Sivalik House. My elder brother motivates me to crack the JEE exam and also motivates me because of our family condition.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My interest is in mathematics concepts and the IT sector. My hobbies are playing, listening and learning new things happening in the world.
