my father's name is suresh choudhary.his occupation is truck driving.my mother's name is munni devi she is a housewife. my elder brother's name is abhishek kumar he is doing b.tech in ECE(electric with computer science). my elder sister name is soni kumari , she is a MCAstudent. my younger brother's name is prince Raj . he is study in class 11th.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I am multi-talented and have curiosity to learn new things. i am humble in nature and i'll never disappoint the dakshana foundation if they choose me as a one of their dakshana scholars. i'm hard worker. if i'm not selected to the dakshana scholar, then i'll do hard work to go in top AIIMS college

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
my ambition in life is to become a good person and help the poor people. i want to become a good doctor and provide free medical facilities for poor people.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
if i crack neet and become a good doctor in future then i'll contribute to our nation to provide good medical facilities and help the poor people.i'll become a responsible citizen by contributing my efforts to the society or to our nature.i try to develop our country in medical field and become an inspiration for the other countries.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
my inspiration is my father. he is labourious and work hard to maintain our life.he inspire me to do better in my life and make him to feel pround on me. Also, i got 1st prize in essay writing competition in one region and i was the only one who got selected that inspires me to do more better in my life. i receive many prizes in different firld like dancing, singing, painting competition and many more that encourage me do to more better in my life.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
i like singing, dancing, painting, poetry , yoga and chess. i'm intrested to do something new and to learn new things which makes me to feel better.
