Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
Mr. Kumar Kishor Roy is my father. He is a farmer. Mrs. Ragini Kumari is my mother, and she is a housewife. My elder sister Jyoti is also a member of my family.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana scholarship because I deserve it. I have done continuous hard work to achieve admission to this institute for higher education. If I am not selected as a Dakshana scholar, I will continue learning at home and try to achieve my goal through self-study.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become an IAS officer after completing my B.Tech. After becoming successful, I want to serve my society and work for their welfare.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After becoming successful, I will contribute to society by helping poor students who can’t study in big coaching institutes due to high fees. Giving money is only a temporary help, but education is a tool that can help them earn money and respect for a lifetime. I will also help those who have no home or food.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
The hard work of my father and mother to make me and my sister successful is the greatest motivation for me. It inspires me to make them proud. There isn’t a single incident — my whole family always does great things for me.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are playing badminton and visiting historical places. I am also interested in singing and reading science facts.
