Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Ioonit Dkhar. He passed away in the year 2016. My mother's name is Phul Shylla, and she is a labourer. I have two sisters and two brothers. My elder sister is Emidaka Shylla, and she is studying a nursing course in Civil Hospital Shillong. My youngest sister is Mel Shylla, and she is studying in a government school. I have two younger brothers; one is named Teimi Shylla, and the other is Daabaito Shylla. Both of them study in a government school.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I am awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because I attempted the test sincerely and effectively. If I am not selected, I will study at home and attend online lectures. I believe my hard work and consistency will pay off.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a successful doctor.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become a successful person, I would like to provide good care and health services to society and the world.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
When I was in Class 10, my friend told me her sister got admission in AIIMS Delhi. She was a Dakshana Scholar and a lateral entry student in JNV. From that day, I wanted to be like her. I appeared for the JNV test on 21 July and joined on 30 August 2023. Then I also got selected as a Dakshana Scholar. I hope I will get selected in AIIMS Delhi next year.

I like playing football, listening to music, and reading.
