Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
There are four members in my family. My father's name is Krittibas Mandal, and he works as a construction worker. My mother's name is Pushpa Mandal, and she is a housewife. My elder brother’s name is Kripasindhu Mandal, and he is studying in college. My immediate uncle’s name is Ratan Mandal. He motivates me and helps us in every situation.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because I come from a very poor family that cannot afford private coaching fees. Dakshana has given me this opportunity, and I am thankful. If not selected, I would take an online dropper batch or apply for other exams.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to be an honest and qualified doctor. I want to make my parents proud. I wish to inculcate high moral and ethical values and stand out as a good human being. I will serve in villages where medical facilities have not yet reached.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful in my life, I will try to provide free medical facilities to people who cannot afford costly operations or medicines and suffer from severe diseases. For those living in remote areas without medical access, I will try to provide immediate supplies and care. I will also donate and provide educational support to children who are forced to work instead of studying.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There are many things in a person’s life that can motivate them, but my ultimate motivation is my parents. As I see them struggling to fulfill my needs and wishes, I feel very motivated to do better every day. I want to fulfill all their dreams. The girls in my village don’t get a chance for higher education, and there are very few doctors. I want to motivate the girls so they can achieve their dreams.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are reading books, exploring nature, learning from my surroundings, and visiting different places. I love playing adventurous games like trekking and bungee jumping.
