Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father’s name is Mahendra Pratap Singh, and he is a farmer. He likes working in the fields. My mother’s name is Janki Devi; she is a housewife. I have a younger brother, Ritesh, and a younger sister, Shrishti.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I want to pursue higher studies at a good NIT or IIT through the Dakshana Scholarship. It would be a matter of happiness for me to go to NIT or IIT. If I am not selected for the Dakshana Scholarship, I will try to reach NIT or IIT through other means.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to pursue higher education through an NIT or IIT so that I can financially help my family and become an inspiration for my loved ones.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
If I become successful, it will be a matter of joy for my family. After becoming successful, I will educate the children of my village.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Earlier, I was studying in the village, so life was normal. But when I went outside the district for studying in 11th grade, I realized my family is far behind. All these reasons inspired me to do something better.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like spending time with my grandparents and also enjoy roaming around with my friends.
