Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
Mr. Santosh Kumar Gupta is my father. He does farming on his own field and also works as a labourer. Mrs. Bindu Devi is my mother. She is a housewife. My younger brother, Shivanshu Gupta, is in class 10 in an English school.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Thanks to Dakshana for awarding this scholarship to me based on my potential and performance. I want to become an engineer from one of India’s top IITs. My parents cannot afford the coaching and hostel fees for JEE preparation. This scholarship gives me the opportunity to show my potential and achieve my dream. If I were not awarded this scholarship, I would still complete secondary education from my parent JNV.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My lifetime ambition is to become a successful businessman. I want to create many job opportunities in India and help grow the Indian economy.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to contribute to my society by spreading the significance of knowledge. In my society, most of the students complete 12th and apply for some degrees like ITI or Polytechnic only for degree purposes, not for knowledge. I want to make them aware and encourage them to learn useful skills, not just complete degrees.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
As a middle-class family, I faced many problems where money was the main issue. So, I decided to earn enough money that no one in my society can match, to change my family's condition.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I enjoy playing games with my friends and spending time with them. My hobby is making jokes about my friends and smiling.
