Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father Mr.Sureman Prasad is very hard working person .He earn by working as labour on cropland on daily wages .My mother Mrs.Chandrakala Devi is housewife and she is good at motivating me and my sister .i have one sister .My sister is studying in class 11th .she school fees per month 180/-.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
As per my opinion .I should be awarded Dakashana schoolarship beacuse i am self aware of my target and duties .If I will not be selected to be a Dakashana schoolar .I will have to work to earn for my studied and i will never be able to get such valuable eduction due to econimal restrictions .

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become will educated citizen and a loyal DOCTOR .my aim in life is to save lives of people maximam .I can and to become a sociaty well aware citizen.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When i will be successful.I will first like to return all the things . I form of providing all that precious to oyher those that who are talented but having economic on other shortages.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
It was when I had completed my 10th . I wanted to get admission in an institute in a well known institute who were providing 2 year coaching for neet. I have the test and I got 83% schoolarship. I had to pay 52 thousand only for 2 years. But my father hadn't that little amount. At that time i realised that. I have only one option that is study. This incident inspired me.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My interst is in knowing each and everything about human body. I used to spend hours at library reading about that. My hobbies are exploring new area culture and people.
