My Father name is Trinath Kisan . He was a farmer and my mother name is Suryakanti Chhatria .she is a housewife and AWW Worker .I have two sisters . My older sister's name is Nirupama Kisan and my younger sister's name is Surama Kisan .

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Schlorship becaus, I have Potential and also due to bad economic condition ,I can't afford Coaching institute . This platform is really amazing , I need this platform to fulfill my dream .

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a good Doctor and to serve the country.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become a doctor it's my first priority to provide best treatment. no one in the society will die due to their economic condition .

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There are many incident that inspired me among these when I am selected for JDST entrance exam . Then I realize ,I have potential to do something .

I have interest in many fields like Drawing, playing badminton ,Singing ,Reading story books etc. but among these am I passionate about Drawing.
