Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I am Nishant Mathuriya from Bulandshahr. My mother gives tution to student for earning. My father expired due to jaundice in 2012. I have a younger sibling who is also in JNV.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded Dakshana Scholarship , because I need it. For that I will try my best to prove myself worthy of it. If I wouldn't have been selected in Dakshana , then I would have been trying my best for preparation by self study, because where there is a will, there is a way.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I would like to say just one line about it . " TO BE THE GREATEST SCIENTIST , THAT'S MY DREAM "

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful, I will give my best to contribute ton the development of the society by giving my contribution in scientific research . I would also like to join ISRO. I have come to understand that one can't expect anything from future, so I can't tell where I would be in time . But I will give my best from what I would have.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
That was not a single incident that has motivated my but that motivation has come gradually by developing understanding from within. There is a great role of curiosity in it also . I have come to understand that one's life should not go in vain. I will contribute to the world I am living in, and I would live my life so that I have nothing to regret.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like Astronomy, Stargazing, Playing Flute, Chess, Table Tennis, Reading Novels, Mathematics, Exploration, Observing the Nature, Programming etc-etc.
