Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
In our family there are four members.My father name is Neelam Madhava Rao he is an electrition.my mother name is Neelam Sunitha she is house wife.My younger sister name is Neelam Gowthami she is studying 10th class in residential school(gurkula).my father likes to do some thing always. He doesn't like to sit ideal. He always want to learn something.my mother likes to cook and look after us,motivates us.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
By awarding me dakshana scholarship you can help us alot. Because of we are financially weak by providing me dakshana scholarship you can reduce .Dakshana scholarship is very important for me .If I had not selected for dakshana scholarship I will do self study or I will go for longterm if possible.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to become a doctor and serve the nation.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful I will give a good treatment for the patients. I will not misuse the power which had given to me .If possible I will provide health care centers. I will give my best for this society and the nation.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
incident that inspired me to do better is my father's hardwork for us. And making us happy evertytime.Since his childhood he had done hardwork for their family and now for us. He sacrificed his higher studies for their siblings and he had gone for work to get money .He never thought of himself. He always motivate us to well settle in future. So I decided to satisfy my father. I don't want to see my father doing hardwork further.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
my interest is playing, reading novels, comics ,knowing about interesting facts and singing.
