My family have 5 member father , mother ,one brother and one sister. my father is labour and my mother is housewife ,my father name is Mohammad ishaq ,my mother name is Raziya Banoo ,my brother name is ajaz Hussain he doing MBBS in GMC srinagar , my sister name is the khatija banoo,she studying in class 12th

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I shall be awarded by Dakshina scholarship because from weaker section of society we don't have enough money and facilities to crack Neet exam also I am ambitiously for cracking Neet exam with good rank working hard for the exam.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in my life is to become a good doctor so that I can contribute towards progress of society.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would like to contribute to the society by giving medical facilities at low cost ,I will also provide a good education to the children who can not get top quality education due to lack of resource and some other problems I say it from core of my heart if I became a doctor in future then I will help to poor family who has financial problem.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My first inspiration is NUSRAT ABASS BUKHARI he realised me that what should I do that's why I choose medical field and think to became a doctor in future and serve for society and Nation. I am also inspired from my brother.
