Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family has 4 members—my father, mother, sister, and me. My father is a farmer and a daily wage worker. My mother is a housewife. My sister is studying in class 8 in a government-aided school. My uncle is a driver. My father likes to travel, my mother likes to cook, and my sister is interested in music.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
My aim in life is to become a good engineer and serve society. I want to prepare for the JEE Advanced exam to get into top prestigious colleges like the IITs, which can provide opportunities for my future so I can acquire skills and help in the development of the nation. But due to my poor family background, I can’t afford coaching for JEE. By getting the Dakshana Scholarship, I will get the opportunity for proper preparation. If I am not able to get selected for this scholarship, then I will study on my own and give my 100% effort.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a successful engineer, serve my country, create a positive impact on society, simplify people’s problems, and help in the development of my nation.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to provide quality education and practical skill-based knowledge, not only theoretical learning, so that students develop interest in studies. This will boost their curiosity by creating a proper platform. I can contribute to society by making technological reforms to conserve nature and create an eco-friendly society.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I belong to a village where education was ignored. My father is a farmer who works very hard, and our family condition was poor. Despite hardships, my family took risks to give me quality education. This motivates me because I believe education can change people’s vision and solve their problems.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are playing and reading informational books and listening to music. I like playing cricket and chess and solving mathematics puzzles.
