Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My name is Mousom Patir. My father’s name is Robin Patir and he is a farmer. My mother’s name is Jirumai Patir and she is a housewife. We have our own land where farming is done. I have a grandmother and two sisters. One is studying and the other is physically handicapped.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Dakshana should award me the scholarship because my family is poor and cannot afford much. Dakshana provides support to poor students, and I fulfil the criteria. If I am not selected, I will try to get coaching from Super 30 or another institute.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a doctor. I want to help poor people who cannot afford treatment. I want to become a good doctor as well as a good person.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
If I become successful as a good doctor, I will provide free checkups for poor and needy people. Later in life, I will try to form an NGO to help people with basic medicines.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is no specific incident that motivates me, but my parents inspire me in every situation. Because of them, I stay motivated to do better. They always encourage me and provide everything for my better life. They teach me to be a good person and help needy people.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobby is to play football and chess. I like to do Sudoku and solve puzzles. These things refresh my mind. I also like to read comics and stories.
