Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
we are five members in our family. My father is a farmer , mother is a homemaker, elder brother is studying BBA 2nd year, younger sister is studying 5th standard. We all live in a remote village of KARNNATAKA. most of my relatives also do farming for their livelihood. Some of my cousins are government employees.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I am a student from an impoverished and a destitute rural family who has an exceeding dedication to achieve something great in my life . But the financial condition of my family is like a barrier for my journey. DAKSHANA is giving me free scholarship for which I am so thankful . If I would not have been selected for this programme I would have joined BSC agriculture in any government college

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a successful doctor not only to earn money but to render a humanitarian service for the nation. I want to support all my relatives and neighbors financially for their betterment.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
Firstly, I will do my work sincerely and honestly with full focus. I will give free treatment for poor people. I will work with determination for the progress of this nation.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I have seen my own aunt who died of cancer. No one could save her because of financial conditions of my family . I even want to find a permanent solution for this deadly disease so that I can prevent lot of poor people who are loosing their precious lives. This incident has motivated me to become a doctor.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am interested in debates, watching movies, reading books, singing.
