Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name is Late Rakesh shakya .My mother name is smt Sunita shakya she is a ladies tailor and we are two brothers and two sister . Brother name Mohit shakya, sister name is muskan shakya and Devyani shakya.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should awarded the dakshana scholaship because my family financial condition is not good and rather of that I want to study . If i am not selected in dakshana then I will prepare for neet from self .

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a doctor and more than a doctor i want to become a good citizen of society and serve for the society.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would serve for the whole humanity .when i become a doctor. I will provide medical facility at the lowest cost for poor people.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Inspired from my senior name Deepak Pandey. He qualified neet in first attempt with with very good marks because he is focused on his goal .
